Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window

Full Refund (48+ hours before): If you cancel your consultation or programme at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, you will receive a full refund minus any non-recoverable payment processing fees.

Forfeit (less than 48 hours): Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled session will forfeit the session fee. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients.

2. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule (rather than cancel), we will attempt to accommodate you at no additional charge, subject to availability. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling requests.

3. Free Introductory Calls

The free 30-minute introductory call may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty. Failure to attend a scheduled free call without notice will prevent future booking of free calls.

4. Multi-Session Programmes

If you've purchased a multi-session programme (4-week, 6-week, or 3-month) and wish to cancel:

  • Cancellation before any sessions: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
  • Cancellation after 1–2 sessions: Refund of unused sessions minus 15% fee
  • Cancellation after 50% or more sessions completed: No refund, but may pause to complete at a later date

5. Pause and Resume

If you need to pause a multi-session programme for personal reasons (illness, holiday, work), we can pause for up to 3 months. Resume dates must be scheduled within 6 months of the original programme start date.

6. Payment Processing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take an additional 1–2 working days to reflect the credit.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Downloadable resources or guides purchased separately
  • Consultation recordings or transcripts
  • Group workshops or events

8. No-Show Policy

If you miss a scheduled consultation without notification, the session will be treated as attended and the fee will not be refunded. We understand emergencies happen—please contact us as soon as possible if an unexpected circumstance arises.

9. Unsatisfactory Service

If you feel your consultation was unsatisfactory, please contact us within 7 days. We will discuss your concerns and may offer a follow-up session or partial refund at our discretion.

10. Technical Issues

If a session cannot take place due to technical failure on our end, we will reschedule at no charge or offer a full refund.

11. Disputes

For refund disputes, contact us in writing with details of your booking. We will respond within 10 business days.

12. Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our services. If after your first session you're not satisfied with our approach, we will offer a full refund or a second consultation with a different team member at no charge.
