8. Payment and Cancellation
Payment for consultations is due at booking. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the session fee. See our Refund Policy for full details.

We maintain confidentiality of information shared during consultations, except where required by law or when you consent to sharing. Session notes are kept secure and retained according to our Privacy Policy.
